PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING

 

Thank You Card Information: After purchasing, you will receive a form sent to your email that you will complete. Please fill out each section on the form and include ALL content that will need to be on your Thank You Card. If you are not able to attach files such as your logo or images, please email them to eighteenkaydesigns@gmail.com.

 

Please make sure that all images are high quality only. If you do not have photos to provide, I can provide stock images for you.

 

Turnaround Time: 7-14 Business Days.

 

Please refer to our business hours as it reflects the days and times we work on projects. You can expect to receive your Thank You Card design within 7-14 days after you complete your form. 

 

Sizing: Thank You Cards come in three sizes. 4”x6” is common. Square is typically used for social media purposes. If there is a size that you do not see listed, please email eighteenkaydesigns@gmail.com. 4.25”x5.5” is the size I use for printing Thank You Cards.

 

Revisions: If you would like your Thank You Card revised, there is a 2 revision limit. You can receive only two revisions for free. After your second revision, there is a fee of $10 per additional revision. Revisions add an additional two days on to your turnaround time. 

 

Refund Policy: NO REFUNDS will be issued after making a purchase.

 

Thank You Card Format: The Thank You Card that you will receive is design only. You will receive your Thank You Card design in your email. No printing of your card will take place unless discussed. Printing can be done, email eighteenkaydesigns@gmail.com for all inquiries.
